These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ECOMPORATE platform, including any websites, applications, or content owned or operated by ECOMPORATE (collectively, the “Platform”).
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
1. Access to the Platform
Subject to these Terms, ECOMPORATE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party’s use of the Platform.

ECOMPORATE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ECOMPORATE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
ECOMPORATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ECOMPORATE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS.
8. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ECOMPORATE with respect to your use of the Platform. These Terms may be amended by ECOMPORATE at any time, and such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. You agree to review these Terms regularly and to comply with any amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. ECOMPORATE may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent.
